The NDIS self-directed funding model allows clients control over major decisions including which service provider or services you require. 

Zoe (Life) My Way Partners with you and supports you in managing your funding package. All referral inquiries will be responded to by the appropriate staff within 48 hours that it is received. 

A representative from Zoe (Life) My Way will arrange a time and place to meet with you and discuss your needs and goals and how our services could support you. 

We will develop a personal plan with you and agree on how we will support you and the nature of the support. We will also be in regular contact with you and regularly review and update your plan.
